  Many things could be said. My experience is that I had ordered an engine oil dipstick for my 01 dodge diesel. They told me to come at the end of the week to pick up, easy enough right? So I went by to pick it up after I had already paid for it and they told me that it wasn't even ordered! Now ten days later I go by again to pick it up, wrong, it was to Chrysler gas vehicles 1964-89... Then the guy behind the counter tells me the classic "the computer says it'll work". My original dipstick is 47" long compared to the 21" they ordered! I'm taking my business elsewhere and very disappointed of the lack of knowledge and customer service.
