  These guys are horrible. They are the worst of the worst and do not have a good working ethic either. Once you're hooked they will find the way to charge you on everything. I mean everything, you're named it. My bath tub waste line had a leak. Just for them to come out to look at a known problem, they charge me $100 by turned on the water in the bath tub and said "Yup, you have a leak in the waste line." Just for doing that they also claimed that they have been working on the leak issue for 3 hours at $75/hr. On top of that, in order for them to work on the leak, they "MUST" charge you to gain the access to the pipe. For instance, if the pipe is behind the drywall or behind sidings and it requires cutting the drywall or removing couple siding, you must pay them to do that. Here is the beauty of everything; you paid them to knock down your drywall or remove sidings (what they called "GAIN ACCESS") so it's can be wide open for them to reach in to cut/fix the pipe and call it done without fix your drywall or putting the sidings back. They said it's your job to fix the drywall or put the sidings back. IT IS LIKE, you already know you have kidney stone. NOW, you have to pay them so they can say "yup, you have kidney stones." THEN you have to pay these guys to cut you up so they can gain access to the kidney to take the stones out. Their job is CLAIMED to be DONE once they remove stones from kidney. It is your job to stitch the wound. GAIN ACCESS charge isa rip-off but I am already hooked so I paid them for GAIN ACESS to the pipe but CLAIMING the job is done without put things back the way it supposed to be is so unprofessional. I am no plumbing expert but cutting and fitting the pipes are piece of cake if the access to pipes are wide open. Not to mention, CLAIMING 3 hours of working when doing absolutely nothing is just unethical.
